Manage or cancel your subscription
Open Settings in the iPhone or Android app and choose Manage subscription. On the web, open the Billing page and choose Manage or cancel subscription. A one-off Premium purchase never renews.
Delete your account
Open Settings in the app or on the website and choose Delete account. Enter your password to confirm. This permanently removes your account, your family members and all of their sizes. If you have a Premium monthly subscription, cancel it first.
