Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ShoeSizeBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShoeSizeBook is a family shoe and clothing size tracker available on web, iOS, and Android. The Service allows you to record, organize, and track size measurements for family members across devices. A free tier is available with limited features; Premium, bought once or as a monthly subscription, unlocks additional functionality.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ShoeSizeBook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account provides access across all platforms (web, iOS, Android) with automatic data sync.

4. Premium & Payment

ShoeSizeBook offers a free tier and Premium. Premium comes in two forms:

• One-off: US$9.95 (A$14.95 in Australia, GST included). You pay once, it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
• Monthly: US$2.95 a month (A$4.49 in Australia, GST included). It renews every month until you cancel.

Free trial. A first-time monthly subscriber gets 3 days free. A card is needed to start. If you do not cancel before the 3 days end, the card is charged for the first month and the plan renews monthly. Each account gets one free trial.

Cancelling. Cancel at any time. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. On the web, cancel from Billing, then Manage subscription. In the iOS and Android apps, cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If you have the monthly plan and want the one-off, cancel the monthly plan first. You can buy the one-off once it ends. Premium may be purchased through:

• Web: Processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and adds any applicable tax at checkout.
• iOS / Android: Where offered in the app, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat, under their terms.

Refunds are handled by the platform you paid through (Dodo Payments, Apple, or Google) according to its policies. If a Premium purchase is refunded, Premium is removed from your account. A cancelled subscription is not refunded for the period already paid. Premium applies to your account on every platform, wherever you bought it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations

6. Intellectual Property

ShoeSizeBook, its logo, design, and code are owned by PimSpace. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PimSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which permanently removes all your data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of ShoeSizeBook after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
