1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ShoeSizeBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShoeSizeBook is a family shoe and clothing size tracker available on web, iOS, and Android. The Service allows you to record, organize, and track size measurements for family members across devices. A free tier is available with limited features; a premium subscription unlocks additional functionality.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ShoeSizeBook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account provides access across all platforms (web, iOS, Android) with automatic data sync.

4. Subscription & Billing

ShoeSizeBook offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Subscriptions may be purchased through:

• Web: Processed by Dodo Payments. Managed via your billing portal in Settings.
• iOS / Android: Processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Managed through your device's subscription settings.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the respective payment platform (Apple, Google, or Dodo Payments) according to their policies. Your premium entitlement syncs across all platforms regardless of where the subscription was purchased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations

6. Intellectual Property

ShoeSizeBook, its logo, design, and code are owned by PimSpace. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PimSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which permanently removes all your data. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of ShoeSizeBook after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
